About this product

Garlic shares processing infrastructure and much of the buyer base with dehydrated onion, which makes running the two lines together operationally efficient.

Sourcing arrangements for the Chuadanga catchment are under development. Cultivar selection will follow buyer specification, as allicin content and colour retention differ meaningfully between local varieties.
